A Guided Path Into Digital Assets
Virtual digital assets move fast and carry real risk. We help clients approach this space with structure, awareness, and a clear understanding of what they're getting into — not hype.
Interested in Digital Assets? So Are We — Carefully
Virtual digital assets are a legitimate, fast-evolving part of the financial landscape, but they aren't for everyone and they aren't without risk. We don't push clients toward crypto — we help those who are already interested do it with better information.
That means honest conversations about volatility, security practices, and realistic expectations, before any allocation decision is made.

Virtual digital assets are among the most volatile instruments available to retail investors. Prices can rise or fall sharply within hours, and there is no guarantee of any return — you could lose part or all of the amount you invest.
- Digital assets are not currently regulated in India the way securities markets are
- Extreme price swings can happen with little or no warning
- BDS Elite Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee returns or protect against loss
- Only allocate funds you can afford to lose entirely
Tax Basics on Digital Assets in India
Digital asset transactions currently carry specific tax treatment under Indian tax law. Here's a general overview — not a substitute for advice from a qualified chartered accountant.
Gains from transfer of virtual digital assets are taxed at a flat rate under Section 115BBH, with no offset against losses from other digital assets or other heads of income.
TDS applies on VDA transactions above specified thresholds under Section 194S, deducted at the time of transfer.
